Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Cleaner and play a vital role in maintaining a pristine, safe, and welcoming environment. As a Cleaner, you will be the backbone of our business, creating cleanliness, creating a healthy space for everyone.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
Ensure clients homes are maintained to high standard of hygiene
Dispose of waste properly, replacing liners and ensuring trash areas are tidy and odor-free
Maintain cleaning equipment by performing routine checks and reporting any repairs needed
Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled or required
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to management

Experience

Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure no area is overlooked
Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and standing for extended periods
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper handling procedures is a plus but not mandatory
Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts
