Full job description

Job Summary
As our capacity continues to grow, we are seeking passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in early childhood education, specifically working with children aged 0-2 years, and a genuine love for working with young children. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a crucial role in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the development of children in their formative years.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging educational programmes tailored to the needs of children aged 0-5 years. Specifically 0-2 year olds.
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to support children's learning and development.
Manage daily activities, including planning lessons, supervising playtime, and ensuring the wellbeing of all children in your care.
Lead by example, demonstrating positive behaviour and encouraging good manners among children.
Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development, providing regular feedback to parents.
Collaborate with other educators and staff to ensure a cohesive approach to early childhood education.
Stay updated with best practices in early years education and participate in professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent is essential.
Previous experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their growth and development.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
A commitment to creating an inclusive environment for all children.
