Full job description

Metro Rod Bristol is a quality regional drain care and repair business and part of the national network of Metro Rod operations. We are seeking an experienced Drainage engineer ideally with High Pressure Water Jetting, Confined space entry and CSCS tickets to join our team in the Bath/Bristol/Somerset area . This is a full-time vacancy with an element of on call shifts (one night per week and one weekend on call per month) and will involve you in providing a range of emergency and contracted services to both commercial and domestic customers. +

You will need to

Carry out a range of services associated with the cleaning, clearance, repair and maintenance of our customer’s drains, EMC, HPWJ, confined space entry work etc
Deliver a high standard of customer service and technical expertise

Operate in accordance with H&S and Quality procedures
Maintain standard of company service vehicle and equipment
Accurately record work details via internal and client systems
Communicate effectively with clients and Metro Rod Head Office colleagues to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times

You will

Have a positive can-do attitude
have the relevant experience in drain clearance
Be flexible in your working hours (including time “on call” out-of-hours). Our engineers work one on call night per week and one weekend in four
Hold a full clean driving licence and be over 21 years in age
