About the Opportunity

An established organisation is looking to appoint a Customer Services Administrator to join its busy office in Edinburgh.

This is a varied administration role where you'll support customers, manage enquiries and work closely with internal teams to ensure a high standard of service is delivered.

The Role

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Managing customer enquiries via telephone and email
Resolving customer queries and escalating where appropriate
Maintaining accurate customer records and databases
Producing reports and updating internal systems
Supporting finance administration, including payment processing and account administration
Liaising with contractors, suppliers and internal departments
Assisting with document management and general office administration
Supporting managers with a range of administrative duties

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

Previous experience in an office-based customer service or administration role
Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Confidence managing a varied workload
Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
A proactive approach and the ability to work independently

Experience within property management, housing, facilities management or property factoring would be advantageous, although applicants from other customer service administration backgrounds are equally encouraged to apply.
