Senior Administrator - NEL Service

Office based in Central Croydon

Full Time: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday working 2 Saturdays out of the month

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Administrator to join our dynamic team within the NHS. This role will involve managing a team of administrators, ensuring efficient operations supporting the enhancement and improvement of our services and providing support to the Service Lead/Head of Administration as required.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the administrative team, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to policies and procedures.
Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Coordinate and support administrative processes, including document management, data entry, and reporting.
Analyze administrative systems and identify areas for improvement, implementing effective solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Support the development and implementation of new initiatives and projects to improve service delivery.

Essential Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in a senior administrative role within a complex organization, preferably in the healthcare sector.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
