Full job description

We are a friendly patient centered GP Practice in Raynes Park, and are looking for a receptionist to join our busy GP practice . The ideal candidate will be flexible, friendly, with excellent customer service skills and work well within a team and under pressure, whilst also able to use their own initiative. Good IT skills and an ability to work within a busy environment are also required.

Previous NHS receptionist or clerical experience would be advantageous but not necessary as full training will be provided.Main duties of the job. You will be working in a customer facing role, supporting patients to access appropriate services, handling requests for medication, processing documentation and providing administrative support to clinical staff and other members of the practice.

We are looking for someone who is flexible, hours and days of the week to be discussed at interview. Starting ASAP
