This is a fantastic opportunity to transition from a service-based role into a long-term sales career. You don’t need sales experience – we’ll give you all the tools and support to succeed.

Kite Packaging was established in 2001 with a distinct vision and a commitment to employee ownership. Starting from the ground up, we’ve rapidly grown to become one of the UK’s leading packaging distributors. Today, we’re a £169 million company, and through our Sales Academy, we’re looking to expand our 40+ strong call centre sales team.

As part of the Sales Academy, successful candidates will benefit from comprehensive training and continuous support. We place a strong emphasis on career progression, and after completing the 6-month training programme, graduates will move into a permanent role within one of our vibrant call centre teams.

What we offer:

This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, with a strong focus on work-life balance.

Competitive starting salary - £26,265
Commission structure
Comprehensive training including coaching and ongoing support

22 days holiday per year, increasing by one day each year up to 25 days, plus statutory holidays. You can also buy or sell up to 3 days of holiday annually
