What is the job role?

At Axholme Services, we support people living with enduring mental ill health conditions on their journey to recovery, helping them develop the skills and confidence needed to live independently within their communities.

Our dedicated teams provide support within our Reablement Unit and through our Community Outreach Service, delivering person-centred care that promotes independence, wellbeing, and positive outcomes.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals to achieve their personal goals and maintain meaningful, independent lives.

The post is based on a fixed six-week rolling rota, which includes:

Weekend working
Bank holiday shifts
Sleep-in duties

Enhanced rates of pay are provided for shift work, with additional payments for sleep-in duties.

Hours - 24 hours per week

Casual Opportunities Also Available

We are also recruiting Casual Support Workers to work on an as-needed basis, helping to cover annual leave, sickness absence, and periods of increased service demand. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking flexible work while making a positive difference in people's lives.
