Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Salesperson to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with clients, promoting our services, and building strong customer relationships. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and are eager to contribute to the growth of our organisation. The position is paid and suitable for both experienced professionals and those looking to develop their sales career.

Responsibilities

Actively engage with potential and existing clients to promote our products and services
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions to meet their requirements
Maintain a thorough understanding of our product range to provide accurate information
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and expand our customer base
Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster ongoing relationships
Maintain organised records of sales activities using Microsoft Excel or similar tools
Utilise phone etiquette skills to communicate professionally with clients via calls and emails
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the sales area or showroom as needed

Skills

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable, enabling broader client engagement
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple client accounts and follow-up activities efficiently
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for maintaining accurate records of sales data and client information
Good phone etiquette, demonstrating professionalism during all client interactions
Basic maintenance knowledge related to product servicing or presentation (nice-to-have)
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
