Full job description

We are seeking motivated and reliable Long Wheel Base (LWB) van owner drivers for an immediate start (within 48 hours).

This is a self-employed delivery role offering consistent daily routes, strong pay, and no depot return after completion. Ideal for drivers who want to maximise earnings while working independently.

Routes are structured to be completed within approximately 9 hours (to last stop), with an average of around 85 drops per day, increasing to 100–110 drops during peak periods.

Drivers benefit from a straightforward process, clear routes, and the ability to finish their day without returning to the depot.

Pay & Benefits

£160 per completed route
£0.21 per mile
VAT paid on top (higher earnings for VAT-registered drivers)
Weekly payments
No return to depot after last stop

Duties

Arrive on site on time for your scheduled route / wave time
Ensure all parcels are delivered to the correct addresses
Follow customer safe place instructions for every delivery
Provide professional and friendly customer service
Complete all deliveries accurately and within the planned route time

Requirements

Own Long Wheel Base (LWB) van
Valid UK driving licence
Appropriate vehicle insurance (Hire & Reward)
Right to work in the UK
Good reliability and timekeeping
Delivery experience preferred but not essential
