Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Tyre Fitter and Brake Technician to join our automotive service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fitting tyres, repairing and replacing brake components, and performing routine maintenance to ensure vehicle safety and performance. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills. The position offers an opportunity to work in a busy workshop environment, providing essential vehicle maintenance services to our valued customers.

Responsibilities

Remove and fit tyres using hand tools and power tools efficiently and safely
Diagnose brake issues and replace brake pads, discs, and other components as required
Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
Assist customers with queries related to tyre fitting and brake repairs, providing excellent customer service

Experience/ Requirements:

Prior experience in tyre fitting and brake replacements are essential
Full UK driving licence
Experience using hand tools
Familiarity with power tools used in automotive maintenance tasks
Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures and safety standards is desirable
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude towards clients

Pay: £26,440.00-£27,430.00 per year
