Full job description

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Sales Administrator to join our team.

This role is responsible for supporting the sales function by managing booking administration, customer and franchise communications, scheduling changes, and general operational support. The successful candidate will become a key point of contact for booking-related tasks, ensuring a smooth experience for customers and franchise partners while allowing the Sales Manager to focus on business growth and sales activities.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys organisation, problem-solving, and providing exceptional support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage booking administration from confirmation through to completion.
Handle franchise enquiries via phone, email, and internal systems.
Coordinate booking amendments, reschedules, and cancellations.
Liaise with franchise partners to ensure bookings are accurately managed and communicated.
Maintain accurate records within the CRM and booking systems.
Monitor booking schedules and identify potential issues before they arise.
Support the Sales Manager with administrative and operational tasks.
Ensure a high standard of customer service is delivered at all times.

Skills & Experience
Essential

Previous administration, customer service, or sales support experience.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Desirable

Experience managing bookings, scheduling, or appointments.
Experience working with franchise businesses or multiple stakeholders.
Previous experience in a sales administration or operations support role.
