Registered Care Manager

Surrey
£40,000 per annum
Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

QEY Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with an established and successful care organisation that is launching a new domiciliary care service in Surrey.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Care Manager who wants to play a key role in developing and growing a service from the ground up, whilst benefiting from the support, infrastructure, and reputation of a larger organisation.

The Opportunity

As Registered Care Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care while maintaining full compliance with CQC regulations.

This role would suit a motivated and ambitious care professional who enjoys building teams, developing services, and creating a positive culture for both staff and service users.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service
Ensure compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of care professionals
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staff retention
Manage care planning, risk assessments, and quality assurance processes
Build strong relationships with service users, families, and healthcare professionals
Support business growth and development within the local community
Maintain high standards of care delivery and service performance

Requirements

Minimum 2 years' experience within a management role in domiciliary care
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance requirements
Experience managing care teams and service delivery
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Passion for delivering outstanding person-centred care
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards) desirable
Full UK driving licence preferred
