Full job description

Battersea Fields Practice are looking for a Care Navigator/Receptionist with a friendly, helpful and approachable manner for our busy inner city GP practice.

You will join an established team who, whilst busy, are all very friendly, helpful and committed to offering the best service possible to our patients and colleagues.

Your role will be to book appointments, answer queries and help patients access a range of healthcare offered by the practice. You will also take calls and emails from other healthcare providers and third parties. We provide a 4 week induction and encourage training and personal development.

Pay: £13.85/hr NHS pension included and we are a London Living Wage Employer

20 Hours per week.

Possible Shift Patterns: Opening 7.45 am - 3.45pm, Mid shift 10.30am - 6.30pm, Closing Shift 12.30pm -8.30pm. You would be expected to work across both sites (Austin Road and Sleaford Streed).
