Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Financial Accounts Manager to lead our financial management operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the company’s accounting functions, ensure accurate financial reporting, and maintain robust financial controls. Your expertise will drive efficient management of accounts payable and receivable processes, utilizing leading accounting software to support strategic decision-making. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to our financial health and growth.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all aspects of financial accounts, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger activities.
Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or similar platforms to maintain accurate financial records.
Ensure timely processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Prepare detailed financial reports, statements, and analysis to support management decisions.
Monitor cash flow and coordinate with internal teams to optimize financial operations.
Implement and uphold internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy in financial data.
Collaborate with auditors during audits and assist in the preparation of audit documentation.

Qualifications

4-6 years of experience in financial management or accounting roles with a strong understanding of accounting principles.
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or equivalent systems.
Demonstrated expertise in managing accounts payable and receivable processes.
Knowledge of financial reporting standards and compliance requirements.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external auditors.
Nice-to-have skills include familiarity with multiple accounting platforms like QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero for seamless integration and efficiency.

Pay: £42,000.00-£46,000.00 per year
