Full job description

No1 Lounges is an award winning pay to use airport lounge located within Gatwick Airport offering a distinct and unique experience.

No1 believes pre flight lounging should be for everyone making it easier for our guests to eat drink and relax in style before they fly.

Shift Pattern

Our shift pattern is on a 6-day rolling rota and is 3 nights on and 3 nights off, working a shift of 19:50pm until 7am.

Role

As a Night Lounge Cleaner, when starting and ending your shift, you will be working with the lounge team, engaging with each guest to ensure that we deliver a great experience every time

This is a multi-skilled role with a focus on the below areas;

Deep-cleaning task to be carried out when lounge is closed
total customer satisfaction and meet company standards
Use of cleaning products in a safe manner
To follow cleaning procedures including use of equipment · Health & safety in the workplace including Control of Substances Harmful to Health (COSHH)
Keeping public areas clean and tidy
Carry out all cleaning duties in the lounge floors, emptying bins. Replenish guest amenities, toiletries, and towels in a timely manner
Ensure the services, hygiene, cleanliness, and tidiness of the Lounge achieve
Helping clean tables after customer use (when lounge is open)
Working as part of a team, helping others out when required

Requirements

Due to the nature of working at the airport the below will be required

You will need to have a valid passport
You will need to be authorised to work in the United Kingdom
You will be asked to complete 5 years of employment/education, so living in the UK for the past 5 years is desired
You must have a clean criminal
