Full job description

Luna Garden Rooms is a rapidly growing garden room company specialising in high-quality garden buildings across the UK.

We are looking for an organised, proactive, and customer-focused individual to join our team and help manage the customer journey from sale through to completion.

This is a varied role combining administration, customer service, coordination, and basic accounts support. The successful candidate will become a key part of the day-to-day running of the business and help ensure our customers receive an excellent experience throughout their project.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Project Coordination

Acting as the main office contact for customers after the sales process

Managing customer communication throughout their project

Handling incoming calls, emails, and enquiries professionally

Resolving customer queries and liaising with installation teams where needed

Updating customers on project progress and timelines

Administration / Accounting

Maintaining organised digital records and customer files

Accounts & QuickBooks Support Inputting supplier invoices into QuickBooks

Matching payments to customer invoices

Assisting with bank feed reconciliation

Supporting day-to-day bookkeeping administration

Liaising with management regarding payment tracking and records

Adhoc administration tasks as the business requires

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

Highly organised and proactive

Confident speaking with customers on the phone and by email

Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment

Experienced using QuickBooks or similar accounting software

Competent with Microsoft Office and general computer systems

Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks

Friendly, professional, and solutions-focused

Required Experience

Previous office administration experience

Customer service or coordination experience

Experience using CRM systems

Experience within construction, home improvement, or trade industries (preferred but not essential)

Driving licence - required
