Job Overview
Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Bar Staff member, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this dynamic role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional customer service while expertly preparing and serving beverages. Your passion for hospitality and attention to detail will ensure a lively, welcoming atmosphere that keeps patrons coming back. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and take beverage orders with enthusiasm and professionalism
Mix, garnish, and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards during food handling and beverage preparation
Assist with food service when needed, including serving snacks or light meals in a timely manner
Support catering or banquet events by setting up bars, preparing drinks, and ensuring smooth service
Handle cash transactions accurately and manage tabs efficiently while providing excellent customer care

Requirements

Previous experience in fine dining establishments or bar environments is highly preferred
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
Experience in serving food and beverages in busy settings such as restaurants or catering events
Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques
Barista experience or familiarity with coffee preparation is a plus
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment
