Role Overview: As a Tour Leader, you'll be at the heart of our mission, providing safe, enjoyable, and enriching tours. You'll drive accessible minibuses to various destinations, bringing our 'Myley Guarantee' to life by ensuring each journey is special and tailored to our client's needs and preferences. Your role is pivotal in enhancing the quality of life for older and vulnerable adults, making each outing not just a trip but a cherished memory.

Key Responsibilities:

· Safe Travels: Transport residents safely, conduct vehicle checks, and promote for passenger safety and comfort.

· Create Magic: Plan outings that resonate with the residents' interests, ensuring each trip is meaningful and full of discovery.

· Training & Compliance: Stay at the forefront of best practices with our training programs, including MiDAS certification.

Who We're Looking For:

· A valid UK driver’s license with a clean record and a heart full of compassion.

· Excellent communication skills to connect and engage with our wonderful residents.

· A knack for planning and a keen eye for detail to shape unforgettable tours.
