Position: Dental Receptionist

Location: Katherine Place Dental Practice, 15 College Road, Abbots Langley, WD5 0BT.

Employment Type: Permanent part time position.

About us:

Join our friends and professional team at Katherine Place Dental, where we are committed to providing exceptional dental care in a welcoming environment. Our practice is dedicated to the highest standards of patient care, and we are looking for a reliable and personable Dental Receptionist to help us maintain these standards. Training will be provided.

Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming manner
- Manage patient appointments, both in person and over the phone
- Handle patient queries and provide accurate information regarding dental services
- Maintain patient records and update personal information as required
- Process payments and insurance claims efficiently
- Assist with general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the practice

Skills:
- Proficient in office administration procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organisational abilities with great attention to detail
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with dental terminology is advantageous but not essential
