Employer description:

Tyréns is one of Sweden’s leading community development consultancies. Together with our customers and partners, we create sustainable solutions in the fields of urban development and infrastructure. Please note:

The role will be based across two office sites and you must be able to travel to both:

London Bridge Office: Shackleton House, Hay's Galleria, 4 Battlebridge Lane, London, SE1 2HP
White Collar Factory Office: White Collar Factory, Old Street Yard, London, EC1Y 8AF

Responsibilities:

Helpdesk co-ordination
1st line break/fix support
Hardware support (battery replacements, etc)
Project implementation
Video conferencing setup and troubleshooting
Installing, updating, and replacing laptops
WEEE disposal
Server administration

Desirable skills:

Driven, motivated and ambitious
A keen interest in IT and technology
Willing to learn (and not being afraid to make mistakes)
Composed under pressure
Friendly, patient and understanding – we are customer support agents before technical engineers!

Entry requirements:

3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship is in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Working hours: 9am – 5:30pm to start, shifts between 8am – 6pm after
