About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and creatively minded Brand Assistant to support our wider Brand Team across Influencer Marketing, Social Media and Creative Production.

This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes the fitness and lifting community, spends their time on TikTok and Instagram, understands internet culture, and is passionate about brand building and content. You will play a key support role within the department, helping to keep projects, campaigns and talent coordination running smoothly day-to-day.

A large part of the role will involve supporting our affiliate and influencer programme, assisting with athlete communications, gifting, campaign coordination, bookings and general relationship management. Alongside this, you will also support the wider team with shoot production, social content planning, admin and creative organisation.

We are looking for someone proactive, detail-oriented and eager to get involved across all areas of the brand team. You should be confident managing multiple moving parts at once, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a genuine passion for fitness culture, social media and creative marketing.

Duties and Responsibilities

Influencer & Affiliate Support

· Support the Influencer Team with day-to-day coordination of athletes, creators and affiliates

· Assist with influencer outreach, onboarding and relationship management

· Coordinate gifting, product sends, tracking links, discount codes and campaign logistics

· Maintain influencer databases, campaign trackers and reporting documents

· Help brief athletes and creators on campaign deliverables and content requirements

· Assist with sourcing new talent aligned with the Vanquish brand and community

· Liaise with agencies, influencers and internal teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly

· Monitor influencer content and assist with campaign reporting and performance tracking

· Social Media & Brand Support

· Assist the Social Team with content planning and scheduling across social platforms

· Stay up to date with social trends, platform updates, viral content and fitness industry trends

· Support with creation of TikToks, Instagram Stories, Reels and behind-the-scenes content

· Help source and organise UGC and community content for social channels

· Assist with community engagement and general social media admin

· Work closely with the Graphic Design and Social teams to support campaign rollouts and launches

· Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, launches and content concepts

Creative Production Support

· Assist with shoot and event planning, coordination and logistics

· Support with booking models, freelancers, studios, locations, travel and accommodation

· Help prepare, organise and pack samples, styling pieces, props and equipment for shoots

· Attend shoots and content days to support the wider creative team where required

· Assist with call sheets, schedules, production documents and shoot organisation

· Support the wider Brand Team with general admin and project coordination across campaigns and launches

About You

· 1+ years experience within a marketing, social media, influencer or creative support role preferred

· Highly organised with strong administrative and time management skills

· Passionate about fitness, gym culture and the lifting community

· Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram and current social trends

· Creative mindset with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn

· Confident communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills

· Able to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment

· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

· Comfortable working collaboratively across different teams

· Experience using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools is beneficial

· Interest or experience in influencer marketing, social media or production is highly desirable
