We're Hiring – Sales Progression Coordinator

We're looking to expand our Sales Progression Team and are seeking someone who can confidently coordinate the moving process from sale agreed through to completion.
In this role, you'll be:
- Building strong relationships with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage advisers, and estate agents.
- Communicating clearly and effectively with all parties, ensuring everyone is kept informed throughout the sales process.
- Managing multiple cases and diaries, prioritising tasks, and keeping transactions moving forward.
- Handling sensitive situations with professionalism, empathy, and a calm, solution-focused approach.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and providing reassurance during what can often be a stressful time for clients.

Previous experience in sales progression, estate agency, conveyancing, or a customer service environment is advantageous, but if you have the right attitude, strong organisational skills, and a passion for helping people, we'd love to hear from you.
