Full job description

Job Introduction

We’re looking for an experienced and forward-thinking HR Administration Team Leader to join our HR Operations team. This is a unique opportunity to grow and shape a high-performing HR Administration team from the ground up, playing a key role in defining how HR services are delivered across the business. You’ll lead the delivery of high-quality, efficient and compliant HR services across the employee lifecycle, while driving operational excellence, data integrity and continuous improvement. You’ll also play a key role in supporting our transition to SuccessFactors, helping to embed new, streamlined ways of working across HR Operations.

Main Responsibility

Leading end-to-end HR administration across the employee lifecycle (from onboarding through to leaving), ensuring accuracy, quality and SLA delivery
Building the HR Administration team, including shaping roles, ways of working and service standards
Creating a high-performing, customer-focused team culture, with clear KPIs and performance expectations
Overseeing the production of employment documentation, ensuring it is compliant, consistent and audit-ready
Driving high standards of HR data quality and integrity, working closely with HR Systems to improve processes and workflows
Ensuring compliance with employment legislation, internal policy and data protection requirements
Acting as the escalation point for complex lifecycle queries and cases
Partnering with HR colleagues globally to balance standardisation with in-country requirements
Identifying and delivering continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service and employee experience.

Our Ideal Candidate

Proven experience in HR Operations or HR Administration leadership
Experience of building, shaping or transforming teams and services (highly desirable)
Strong knowledge of the end-to-end employee lifecycle
A track record of driving process improvement and operational excellence
Experience managing HR data, systems and reporting with a focus on accuracy and control
Good understanding of employment legislation and compliance requirements
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships
A collaborative and proactive leader with a passion for developing people and improving service delivery
Working knowledge of an HCM System (Success Factors, Workday, Oracle, UKG, Dayforce)
