As a Kitchen Porter, you'll play an important role in supporting our kitchen team by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation, helping to ensure a safe, efficient, and professional working environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience and develop their skills within a busy hospitality setting.

What You'll Be Doing:

Cleaning crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
Maintaining a clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen environment
Assisting with basic food preparation as directed by the Head Chef
Supporting chefs and kitchen staff with daily operational tasks
Ensuring all health and safety and food hygiene standards are followed

What We're Looking For:

Previous kitchen experience is beneficial but not essential
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy periods
Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Willingness to learn, develop, and take on new responsibilities

The upper floor has 16 en suite bedrooms, offering excellent accommodation for every requirement. All rooms have their own unique style, due to the traditional layout of the building. The Royal hotel has a long history of entertaining guests.
