Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and personable Sales/Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic team. This role involves engaging with clients to facilitate property sales and lettings, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth transaction process. The successful candidate will play a vital part in maintaining our reputation for professionalism and efficiency within the property market. Previous experience in administration or sales is advantageous, alongside strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for clients interested in buying or renting properties, offering professional advice and guidance.
Arrange viewings, negotiate offers, and facilitate the progression of sales or lettings from initial enquiry through to completion.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property details, and transaction progress using company CRM systems.
Conduct market research to stay informed about local property trends and competitor activity.
Liaise with vendors, landlords, prospective buyers, and tenants to ensure clear communication throughout the process.
Assist with administrative duties such as preparing contracts, updating listings, and managing correspondence.
Support marketing efforts by promoting properties across various channels including social media platforms.

Skills

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Administrative experience is desirable to handle documentation and data entry accurately.
Multilingual abilities are considered a significant advantage in engaging a broader client base.
A professional attitude coupled with a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
