Full job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, organised, and customer-focused Service Receptionist to be the

first point of contact for customers. The successful candidate will manage appointments,

handle customer inquiries, maintain accurate records, and support the service department in delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

 Welcome customers and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.

 Answer telephone calls, emails, and other inquiries promptly.

 Schedule, confirm, and manage service appointments.

 Register customer details and update service records.

 Communicate customer concerns clearly to service advisors or technicians.

 Prepare and process service documentation, invoices, and receipts.

 Coordinate with the service team to provide customers with updates on service

progress.

 Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

 Process payments and maintain accurate financial records where required.

 Maintain a clean and organised reception area.

 Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and record

management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

 Good telephone etiquette and customer service skills.

 Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

 Attention to detail and accuracy.
