The role

Eton Environmental Group is excited to offer a opportunity as an Administrator within our team.

About you

You will have a minimum of 3 years administration experience, preferably administration based
Experience of CAD (computer aided design) would be preferably although not essential
Experience following in house procedures
Strong attention to detail, flexibility and good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise own workload.
IT experience and proficient in Microsoft outlook, word and excel. Other in house systems will be shown with full training
Have the ability to work in a fast paced and constantly changing environment.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Produce CAD using programmes such as Sketchup and AutoCAD
Producing surveying reports using bespoke internal software system
Meet varying deadlines
Use of a mixture of emails and telephone calls and daily interaction with staff and clients
Collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure each job is completed efficiently
Ensure procedures are followed as per the internal policies and procedures
Representing Eton Environmental Group professionally in all client interactions.
