Customer Service & Sales Assistant

Newcastle-upon-Tyne

Full-Time | In-Person | Immediate Start

Looking for a role where you can work with people every day and be part of something meaningful?

We are currently representing a growing team delivering face-to-face campaigns on behalf of nationally recognised charities that fund life-saving medical research, specialist children’s healthcare, and vital family support services across the UK.

They are looking for a Customer Service & Sales Assistant to join their Newcastle team — a role that combines communication, purpose, and performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

Working within local residential areas, you’ll be speaking directly with members of the public and representing impactful charitable campaigns.

Engaging with customers in a friendly, professional way
Explaining the work and impact of the organisations being represented
Answering questions and building genuine connections
Encouraging sign-ups and ongoing support
Managing conversations with confidence and clarity
Working towards individual and team-based targets

This role is just as much about customer interaction as it is about sales, so personality and communication are key.

Who They’re Looking For

Background in retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing role
Confident speaking to new people and building rapport
Positive, approachable, and energetic personality
Strong work ethic and reliability
Self-motivated and proactive
Comfortable working in a face-to-face environment

Previous sales experience is helpful but not essential.
