The Role:

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to our executive leadership team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of the business, ensuring our senior leaders can focus on driving growth, innovation and delivering outstanding results for our customers and colleagues.

As a trusted partner to the Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team, you'll manage complex diaries, coordinate travel and meetings, oversee key administrative activities and act as a vital link between stakeholders across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Managing complex and ever-changing diaries for senior leaders.
Coordinating meetings, appointments and business commitments.
Filtering and managing inboxes, ensuring priorities are identified and actioned appropriately.
Booking and coordinating travel, accommodation and detailed itineraries.
Preparing meeting documentation, agendas and presentations as required.
Taking notes during meetings and tracking actions through to completion.
Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensuring confidential information is handled with discretion and professionalism.
Providing responsive administrative support to help leaders operate effectively and efficiently.

You:

You'll be highly organised, proactive and professional, thriving in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You'll enjoy building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, providing seamless support to senior leaders and ensuring priorities are managed effectively. Most importantly, you'll be committed to acting with integrity, discretion and honesty in everything you do.

Skills and competencies

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong diary, inbox and calendar management experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high standard of UK British English.
Experience coordinating travel, accommodation and itineraries.
Strong attention to detail and a professional, proactive approach.
Ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Good understanding of administrative processes and business support functions.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Suite).
