At Poundstretcher, we're searching for a part-time Key Holder to join our team, working 4 hours a week with opportunities for overtime when needed. Crafting an unforgettable shopping experience for every customer who walks through our doors.
Keeping a close eye on sales performance and helping to boost those numbers.
Hitting KPIs and driving profitability – because success is our middle name!
Supporting your team by recruiting, managing, and motivating them to smash store objectives.
Ensuring all company standards are top-notch and consistently maintained.
Prioritising the health and safety of your store and colleagues.
