About Us

System Six Kitchens is the South West's largest kitchen manufacturer, with over 50 years of experience designing and manufacturing beautiful kitchens and bedrooms.

We're a family-run business with seven unique brands, each with its own personality, audience and marketing strategy. One day you could be launching a luxury kitchen campaign, the next promoting a trade product range or helping grow a brand designed in collaboration with Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen.

No two days, or campaigns, are ever quite the same.

The Role

This isn't a role where you'll simply keep campaigns ticking over.

You'll take ownership of paid media across Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn, creating campaigns that generate leads, improve performance and help grow our brands and our customers.

You'll work alongside our in-house creative team, using fantastic photography, video and content to build adverts that don't just look good, but deliver real results.

We're looking for someone who's naturally curious. Someone who enjoys asking "What if we tried this?" and then using the data to find the answer.

Whether you're testing new audiences, writing fresh ad copy or finding ways to reduce cost per lead, you'll have the freedom to experiment, learn and make a genuine impact.

What You'll Be Doing

Building, managing and optimising Google Ads campaigns.
Running paid social campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn.
Testing audiences, creative, messaging and landing pages to improve performance.
Monitoring budgets, conversions and ROI.
Writing ad copy that encourages people to click.
Working with our creative team to produce high-performing adverts.
Analysing campaign performance using Google Analytics and advertising platforms.
Sharing insights, ideas and recommendations with the wider marketing team.
Keeping up with platform updates, AI tools and the latest digital marketing trends.

What We're Looking For

You're someone who enjoys the mix of creativity and analytics that makes paid media so rewarding.

You'll ideally have:

At least two years' experience managing PPC and paid media campaigns.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager. (LinkedIn Campaign Manager is a bonus!).
Experience using Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
A good understanding of audience targeting, campaign optimisation and lead generation.
Strong copywriting skills and an eye for adverts that perform.
Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
Confidence managing multiple campaigns across different brands.
A proactive mindset and a genuine curiosity to keep learning.
A full UK driving licence.

Bonus Points If You Have...

Experience with Google Tag Manager.
Landing page optimisation or CRO experience.
Agency or multi-brand marketing experience.
An interest in content creation, photography or video.
