General Assistant – Full-Time | Ravenstone Manor Hotel and Lodge

Ravenstone Manor is a welcoming and busy country house hotel with 22 beautifully appointed bedrooms and a thriving lunch and dinner service. We're currently looking for a General Assistant to join our dedicated team on a permanent basis.

This is a varied and hands-on role, offering the opportunity to work across all areas of the hotel, including:

Front of House: greeting guests, taking food and drink orders, and waiting tables
Housekeeping: cleaning guest rooms in the mornings and maintaining cleanliness in shared areas
Reception & Guest Services: assisting with check-ins/outs and general guest queries
Bar Work: some previous bar experience would be advantageous, but not essential

You'll be part of a close-knit, friendly team who take pride in delivering excellent service and creating memorable stays for our guests.

What We’re Looking For:

A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Previous hospitality experience is a plus, but not essential – transferable skills are welcome
Fluent or advanced English required
A clean driving licence is preferred
Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK

Additional Information:

Live-in accommodation may be available
Salary is dependent on experience
