Full job description

Part-time to full time considered to include evenings and weekends on a rota basis

Up to £25,363 pro rata (dependent on qualifications and experience)

We are looking for an enthusiastic part time Duty Manager to join our friendly team, delivering a wide programme of swimming and other leisure activities at our popular Co-educational Boarding School site near Banbury, Oxfordshire.

The role will assist in supervising the day to day running of all leisure facilities (includes the 25 meter swimming pool, plant and sports hall) ensuring all tasks are completed on time and to a first class standard.

If you have experience working in leisure and are looking to further your career in this area we'd like to hear from you as full training can be given, but equally if you have relevant qualifications and experience and the following, we would also like to hear from you:-

Have a proven track record working at a swimming pool or leisure centre
Be committed to providing outstanding customer service.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Have experience of supervising staff and ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to by staff and those using the facilities
Be able to deliver swimming lessons for school age children (qualified to Level 2) or willing to train.

This role will be required to work on a rota basis which includes weekends and evenings, throughout the year.
