Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Hotel Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities

Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming attitude.
Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring all guest information is accurately recorded.
Respond to guest inquiries and provide assistance with reservations, services, and local attractions.
Manage phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Assist in resolving any guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
Process payments and maintain accurate financial records as required.

Skills

Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly advantageous for effective communication with diverse guests.
Strong guest services skills, demonstrating a commitment to providing excellent customer care.
Proficient in phone etiquette, ensuring clear and polite communication at all times.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
A friendly demeanour with the ability to build rapport with guests quickly.
