About the role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Audi Expert to join our team at Audi Derby.

Are you passionate about people, premium brands and delivering an outstanding customer experience?

This is an exciting and varied opportunity for someone looking to take their first step into a sales-focused role.

As an Audi Expert at Derby Audi, you will play a key part in creating memorable customer experiences, building genuine relationships and supporting guests as they explore their next Audi.

In this role, you will lead our VIP Sales into Service programme, engaging with customers who are visiting our Service Department and identifying opportunities to support them with their next vehicle purchase. Some customers may already be familiar with Derby Audi, while others may be experiencing our Sales Team for the first time — giving you the opportunity to create a fantastic first impression and build long-lasting relationships.

You will act as the key link between the customer and the Sales Executive, helping to make the most of the customer’s time in the business. This will include offering demonstrator test drives, introducing customers to the latest Audi models, and identifying opportunities where a loan car could become the customer’s next perfect vehicle.

Alongside this, you will support the wider Sales team with key stages of the sale experience, with both test drives and vehicle handovers, helping us consistently deliver a five-star experience from first contact through to collection. Every interaction matters, and your role will be to ensure our customers feel valued, informed and excited about the AUDI brand.

About you

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual who thrives in a dynamic retail environment. You do not need to come from an automotive background — what matters most is your attitude, your passion for people, customer service and your commitment to excellence

You will ideally be able to demonstrate:

Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or service environment.
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, consistently and without compromise.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with a diverse range of customers.
A proactive, self-motivated approach with the drive to meet and exceed personal and team targets.
Enthusiasm for the Audi brand and a desire to develop deep product knowledge.
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple customer relationships simultaneously.
