Full job description

Titan Stretchfilm Ltd is a growing supplier of packaging materials to businesses across the UK. We specialise in high-quality packaging products including stretch film, pallet wrap, strapping, tapes, and associated packaging solutions.

We are looking for a motivated and confident Part-Time Telemarketing Agent to join our team and help grow our customer base.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Contacting existing customers to maintain relationships and generate repeat business
Prospecting and contacting new potential clients
Introducing customers to our range of packaging materials and solutions
Generating sales leads and identifying new opportunities
Updating customer records and maintaining accurate call notes
Working closely with the sales team to support business growth

Requirements

Applicants must:

Have previous telemarketing or telesales experience
Be confident and professional on the telephone
Have excellent communication and customer service skills
Be self-motivated and target driven
Have a positive and enthusiastic attitude
Be organised and reliable

Desirable (but not essential)

Experience within packaging, industrial supplies, or B2B sales
Knowledge of CRM systems
