Full job description

Location:
Radar Road, Leicester - LE3 1UF

Rate of pay
: £13.29 per hour (plus £1 per hour weekend premium)

Rewards
:Performance-related bonus, paid quarterly and the potential to rise to £15.04 per hour once fully multi skilled and competent.

Start date
: 7th September 2026

*Shifts
: (All shifts are 24 hours per week)

Shift 1:
Thursday 2pm - 9pm, Friday 9am - 4pm & Saturday 8am - 6.30pm

Shift 2:
Monday 8am - 3pm, Friday 2pm - 9pm & Saturday 8.30am - 7pm

Shift 3
: Monday 2pm - 9pm, Thursday 2pm - 9pm & Sunday 9am - 7pm

Training:
Starting Monday 7th September - 25th September 2026 (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm)

Then coaching with an experienced advisor for up to 3 weeks - Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm until 16th October 2026

You must be able to commit to the full training period to be considered for the role.

Peak periods:
During our peak trading periods you’ll also be required to work an additional 6 hour shift per week, for up to 20 weeks of the year.

As part of our Credit, Collections and Accounts Investigation Team (CCAIT), you will play a vital role in delivering practical solutions and support to our customers.

Working in our new Contact Centre means taking ownership of a wide range of customer needs every day. You’ll manage calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and live chats, providing responsive and professional support across multiple channels. By working closely with customers to understand their individual circumstances, you’ll deliver clear, practical guidance on credit and account queries.

This is a fast-paced environment where you will take full responsibility for your workload. By investigating discrepancies and staying solution-focused, you will provide a proactive service that builds trust.

As this role is regulated by the FCA, you will follow clear processes to ensure fair outcomes and maintain the high standards of integrity our customers rely on.

Starting in Credit is the first step in developing a broad range of skills. With the right support in place, you will become multi-skilled across Accounts Investigation and Collections. We believe in growing our expertise together and providing the tools you need to progress
