Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Painter & Decorator to join our team on a self employed basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in domestic painting and decorating and have own tools and mode of trans . This role involves preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring high-quality finishes on various projects.

Duties

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes/ plastering as necessary
Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with project specifications
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

Requirements

Proven experience in construction painting
English language is a must
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
A valid driving licence
Own mode of transport
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship
Own tools are preferred
