Samples Coordinator – Marketing – G Plan

Job Overview

As a key member of the Marketing team, the role holder’s key duties will be to support the Head of Marketing in communicating the brand values and story through effective brand marketing materials, campaigns, and activities.

As a key team member of marketing team, the role holder’s key duties will be but not limited to:

Pick and pack all consumer samples for Parker Knoll & Duresta.
Complete all fabric stock orders to replenish sample stock.
Liaise with the head of marketing for all repeat sample’s costs.
Keep all samples packaging and literature stock up to date and liaise with the head of marketing for stock replenishment.
Fulfil all postcard requests to consumers/retailers.
Answer the samples phoneline and assist with all calls.
Franking and posting of all samples and office post.
Uphold the brand tone of voice and brand guidelines in all communications.
Assist with other marketing/retail/wider business support tasks as required.

Qualifications & Skills - REQUIREDED:

Previous experience in a customer service or consumer care role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle customer complaints professionally and empathetically
Good organisational and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
