Full job description

A new exciting part time administration role, based in our Torquay office.

It is important that you are able to work efficiently within a fast-paced environment. You will need to have the ability to prioritise your own workload and work calmly under pressure.

You must be capable in using Microsoft Excel and comfortable in learning new systems.

Grammar & punctuation skills are important and a good telephone manor is essential.

You will also need to be confident in dealing with clients on a face to face basis and working alone.

Some of the tasks that this varied and interesting job role will include, are;

Setting up new clients on our systems.
Booking in client records.
Telephones – dealing with calls to / from clients
Recording / scanning post
Petty cash
Sending mailshots
Meeting & greeting clients
Dealing with social media outlets
Updating information on various database systems

We are looking for someone to join us for around 3 days a week - we can be flexible on this.

Salary from £25,000 pro-rata

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £25,000.00 per year
