About Us

We are a busy and successful car dealership committed to providing exceptional customer service and a professional buying experience. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Receptionist / Administrator / Customer Service Representative to join our friendly team.

The Role

As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for visitors, callers, and clients. You will provide administrative support across the dealership while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Greeting customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answering and directing incoming telephone calls and email enquiries
Managing customer appointments and maintaining dealership diaries
Assisting with vehicle sales administration and documentation
Maintaining accurate customer records and databases
Processing invoices, filing, and general office administration duties
Supporting the sales and aftersales teams with administrative tasks
Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
Ensuring the reception area remains tidy and presentable at all times

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications
A professional and positive attitude
High attention to detail and accuracy
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Previous reception, administration, customer service, or motor trade experience (preferred but not essential)

Pay: From £12.75 per hour
