Location: Didcot (Office-Based)
Company: Endeavor Engineering Ltd
Hours: 25 hours per week
Salary: £14.00 - £16.50 per hour
Contract Type: Full-Time/Perm

About the Role

Endeavor Engineering Ltd is looking for a reliable and organised Administrative Assistant to join our friendly team in Didcot. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy office environment and takes pride in providing accurate administrative support.

The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting our day-to-day operations, ensuring customer orders and inventory requirements are processed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Loading and processing customer purchase orders accurately
Purchasing inventory items and maintaining stock records
Liaising with suppliers regarding orders and deliveries
Maintaining accurate administrative records and documentation
Supporting the wider team with general office administration duties
Assisting with other administrative tasks as required
Working hours are Monday – Friday. 09:30 – 14:30

About You

The ideal candidate will:

Have good organisational and administrative skills
Be comfortable working with computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
Have strong attention to detail and accuracy
Be able to manage workloads effectively and meet deadlines
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
Be professional, proactive and able to work as part of a team

Previous administrative experience would be beneficial but is not essential, as training will be provided for the right candidate.
