Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telesales Executive to join our sales team! In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador, engaging potential clients through outbound calls and nurturing relationships to drive business growth. Your energetic approach and excellent communication skills will help you identify customer needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales effectively. Duties

Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective clients, promoting our products and services with enthusiasm and professionalism
Build rapport with customers by understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions that add value
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce
Follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns or previous contacts to maximize conversion rates
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets and expanding market reach
Update and manage customer data accurately in CRM systems, ensuring all information is current and comprehensive
Communicate clearly in English to serve diverse client bases effectively, demonstrating strong listening skills and persuasive speaking abilities

Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales or telemarketing roles is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms to track interactions and manage leads
Excellent communication skills in English
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly over the phone
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment
Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with email, MS Office, and CRM tools
Motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented mindset committed to achieving sales objectives
