Full job description

Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Bar/Floor Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a lively environment, providing exceptional service to our guests. The position involves both bar service and floor duties, ensuring a memorable experience for all visitors. Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly desirable.

Duties

Serve drinks and organise bar stock efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and organisation
Prepare beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences
Provide excellent guest services by welcoming patrons warmly and attending to their needs promptly
Take orders accurately and deliver food and drinks with professionalism
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout all duties
Ensure the bar and dining area are clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times
Handle phone enquiries courteously, providing information about menu options or reservations
Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or food preparation is advantageous
Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
Experience as a barista or in culinary roles is beneficial
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Friendly demeanour with a genuine passion for guest services and hospitality
