Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Administrator to join our team! This vital role supports our sales operations by managing administrative tasks, maintaining customer records, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at multitasking, this opportunity is perfect for you!

Duties

Prepare sales documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory, sales transactions, and customer interactions
Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document processing
Assist with IT systems management and ensure all computer literacy tools are functioning efficiently
Invoicing
Organising vehicle movements

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
Experience with CRM software and Sage accounting system is highly desirable
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
Demonstrated administrative experience within a sales or retail environment
Good knowledge of computer literacy and general IT systems management
Ability to manage time effectively in a busy setting while maintaining attention to detail
Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
