Weekly Pay with a performance-based bonus structure
Competitive Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per year. Bonus available.

What will you do?

Build strong client relationships and ensure customers feel valued every step of the way
Manage and grow your own client portfolio, ensuring repeat business and upselling where possible
Identify new opportunities and create strategies to achieve (and exceed) sales targets
Keep accurate records of sales activities and share insights with the team
Stay up to date with our products and the latest market trends

What we are looking for in our Sales Advisers:

Proven sales experience (preferably in a similar setting)
Excellent communication and relationship building skills

Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
CRM experience and IT proficiency
Driving licence preferred
