Aesthetic Practitioner – Medical aesthetics Clinic (Part‑Time) Location: Cobham, Surrey, UK

Hours: 10:00–18:00

Are you a skilled Aesthetic Practitioner with a passion for delivering transformative skin health treatments?

We are a close-knit team dedicated to delivering bespoke, personalised treatment plans with a strong focus on achieving natural-looking results. As a dynamic and growing business, we are looking for the right person to join us and grow alongside us for the long term. We have a loyal and discerning patient base where customer care and satisfaction take priority.

You will deliver cosmetic treatments with confidence, professionalism, and precision, while guiding clients through every stage of their aesthetic journey. Using your expertise and attention to detail, you will provide safe, effective, and personalised treatments tailored to each client’s individual needs and desired outcomes.

With a strong client-focused approach, you will ensure every individual feels fully informed, reassured, and supported from their initial consultation through to aftercare, creating a positive and trusting experience throughout. By combining technical skill with excellent communication and genuine care, you will help clients feel confident, comfortable, and excited about achieving natural, beautiful results.

Hours will begin at one day per week (Fridays). As the role develops, there will be opportunities to increase the number of working days.

What we’re looking for:

· An advanced practitioner, at least level 4 certificate, with strong technical skills and a commitment to safe, ethical practice.

· Someone who values long‑term patient relationships and personalised treatment plans.

· A professional who brings confidence, warmth, and excellent communication to every appointment.

· Proven Expertise: At least 5 years of experience within a luxury medical-aesthetic or clinical skin environment.

· Someone who can perform advanced skincare treatments, including Microneedling and has experience using energy-based devices.

Manage sterilisation protocols, ensure treatment rooms are always clinical-ready, and maintain the highest levels of hygiene and safety.
Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and professional environment
Educate clients on skincare routines and post-treatment care instructions
Keep accurate records of treatments performed and client progress
Assist with administrative tasks, such as managing patient records, coordinating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
