Administrative Support Assistant

Full Time | Monday–Friday | Addlestone, Surrey

Are you organised, reliable, and looking for a varied role in a growing e-commerce business? Ana Wiz Ltd, a leading retailer and wholesaler of baby, maternity, healthcare, pet and neuro support products, is looking for an Administrative Support Assistant to join our friendly team.

This is a varied role focused on office administration, customer service and supporting our day-to-day business operations. You'll also lend a hand in the warehouse during busy periods or when additional support is needed.

What you'll do

Provide general administrative support across the business.
Process customer orders and maintain accurate records.
Respond to customer enquiries via email and telephone, providing excellent customer service.
Process customer returns and resolve queries professionally.
Assist with data entry and other day-to-day office tasks.
Work across a range of e-commerce platforms including Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Etsy, Faire and other wholesale channels.
Provide general support to the warehouse team when required, helping during busy periods and assisting with day-to-day operations.

We're looking for someone who is

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Confident communicating by email and telephone.
Reliable, proactive and able to prioritise their workload.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and happy to turn their hand to different tasks.
A team player who is willing to help wherever needed.
Positive, enthusiastic and keen to learn.

Previous administration, customer service or e-commerce experience would be an advantage but is not essential. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
