Job Summary.

REBUILD AND RISE FAMILIES LTD is seeking compassionate, emotionally intelligent, and relationship-focused Therapist / Counsellors to join our growing family support network. We are building a preventative, family-centred service aligned with Family First reforms, Early Help principles, and restorative practice.

This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families by providing practical, emotional, and empowering support.

Flexible, sessional, freelance, and part-time opportunities available.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ needs and establish therapeutic goals.
Deliver individual, group, or family therapy sessions using recognised therapeutic modalities.
Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with organisational policies and legal requirements.
Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting therapy approaches as necessary to optimise outcomes.
Educate clients on coping strategies, behavioural techniques, and resources to support their mental health.
Stay informed about the latest developments in psychological therapies and mental health practices through ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

A recognised qualification in counselling, psychotherapy, clinical psychology, or a related field.
Registration or accreditation with a relevant professional body (e.g., British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy).
Proven experience working with diverse client populations across various settings is desirable.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from different backgrounds.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and case management.
Empathy, patience, and a non-judgemental attitude towards clients’ experiences.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment. Pay: £25.00-£40.00 per hour
